Job summary

Slumberland Furniture is seeking a Demand and Inventory Analyst to support Oakdale and Minnesota franchise stores through data-driven analysis and strategic planning. You will work closely with franchise owners to optimize inventory and profitability.

The role requires experience with data collection software, financial reporting, and business analytics. You will collaborate on training and improve franchise performance within Slumberland's operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4–6 years in retail/franchise business development.
• Experience with data collection software and reporting tools.
• Understanding of marketing planning and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide franchise consulting and training to maximize profitability.
• Lead strategic initiatives and coordinate with franchise stores.
• Implement Slumberland Operating System until competency is achieved.
• Develop action plans and monitor franchise performance using reports.
• Support staffing models, store projections, and budget alignment.
