Slumberland Furniture is seeking a Director of Franchise Consulting to drive franchise store success. You will educate, analyze, and guide franchise operations from pre-opening through post-opening optimization, collaborating with stores to enhance performance and profitability.

The role emphasizes strategic consultation, lean principles, and alignment with Slumberland's mission across teams and stores, with a focus on delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and/or four to six years retail/franchising business development experience.
• Intermediate or higher level of data collection software and reporting tools.
• Intermediate or higher level knowledge of financial balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and business analytics reporting.
• Intermediate knowledge of marketing and business development planning.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and direct supervision of others.

Aufgaben

• Provide franchise owners with business acumen to maximize profitability.
• Organize meetings and trainings for franchise network.
• Support new franchise openings with operating system implementation.
• Coordinate and conduct training to develop and maintain the Slumberland model and procedures.
• Communicate expectations of franchisor and franchisee operations.
