UFG, Inc. is seeking a Business Advisor/Field Support Specialist for Signarama to coach franchise owners, improve operations, and drive sales across your region. You will travel to franchises, assess needs, and partner with our corporate team.

The role requires strong P&L analysis, marketing know-how, project management, and exceptional people skills. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel at least 50% are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Advisor in franchising preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze budgets and P&L statements.
• Knowledge of retail marketing and branding.
• Project management experience and best practices.
• Adept at advising on labor and procurement challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal communication for new processes.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office products.
• Willingness to travel at least 50%.

Responsibilities

• Visit franchise locations to review operations and identify improvement areas.
• Help owners optimize operations, marketing, and sales strategies.
• Analyze P&L statements to uncover growth opportunities and set goals.
• Guide marketing campaigns, training, and technical setups for franchises.
• Act as liaison between franchise owners and corporate support.
• Celebrate wins and troubleshoot challenges with teams.
