Job summary

UFG, Inc. is seeking a Business Advisor / Field Support Specialist to work with Signarama franchise owners across the assigned territory.

This hands-on role involves visiting stores, coaching owners and teams, identifying opportunities, and helping businesses become more profitable. You’ll travel approximately 50% of the time, partner with the corporate team, and share best practices to drive sales, operations, and marketing improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with budgets and P&L statements.
• Understanding of sales, marketing, and retail business practices.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Visit franchise locations to understand what's working and where opportunities exist.
• Work with owners/managers on sales, operations, marketing, staffing, and profitability.
• Use P&Ls and financial information to identify growth opportunities.
• Help franchisees set realistic goals and create plans to achieve them.
• Provide guidance on marketing programs, training, technology and best practices.
• Help troubleshoot operational and technical challenges.
• Share ideas and best practices from other Signarama locations.
• Collaborate with the corporate team to ensure franchisees have support and resources.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with franchise owners and their teams.
• Celebrate successes and help address challenges of running a business.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time across the territory.
