Job summary

UFG, Inc. is seeking a Business Advisor / Field Support Specialist for Signarama to coach franchise owners across your region. You will be the go-to coach for operations, marketing, and sales improvement, traveling to stores and collaborating with the corporate support team.

You’ll analyze P&L, implement marketing campaigns, and guide teams through training and tech setups. This role blends strategy, coaching, and hands-on field support across a dynamic franchise network.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Advisor in franchising is a plus.
• Strong ability to analyze budgets and P&L statements.
• Knowledge of retail marketing strategies and branding.
• Experience in project management and implementing best industry practices.
• Ability to advise on labor, vendor procurement challenges and workforce needs.
• Excellent interpersonal communication for rollouts of new processes.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation.
• Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
• Proficient with MS Office and common computer tools.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Experience with graphic design software, POS, and accounting software.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Business Advisor/Field Support Specialist, you will play a key role traveling to visit all franchise stores within your assigned territories with the purpose of understanding and defining their needs.

• Visit franchise locations to review operations and identify areas for improvement.
• Help owners fine-tune operations, marketing, and sales strategies.

• Travel about 50% of the time — exploring your region while helping businesses shine.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as a Business Advisor in a related industry; experience in franchising a plus.
• Proficiency in analyzing budgets and P&L statements.
• Knowledge of retail marketing strategies and branding.
• Experience in project management and implementing best industry practices.
• Ability to advise on labor, vendor/supplier procurement challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for efficiently communicating new business processes and procedures.
• Eligible driver’s license and valid automobile insurance.
• Technical aptitude and ability to quickly pick up new technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office products.
• Schedule flexibility and willingness to travel minimum of 50%.
• Experience with graphic design software, point-of-sale, and accounting software.
