Job summary

Fit Fusion is seeking a Manager of Business & Accounting to lead accounting, payroll, and reporting across multiple franchise locations. You will standardize processes, drive analytics, and partner with a third-party accounting firm for accurate financial reporting.

The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting experience, and proven project management; leadership and cross-department collaboration are essential in a fast-paced, growing franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in accounting preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Excel/Microsoft experience is required; QuickBooks Online is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in a multi-unit environment.
• Review monthly reports and G/L details for unusual transactions or misclassification.
• Assist with purchasing processes for multiple locations and improve bill, receipt, and payment workflows.
• Collaborate with third-party accounting firm to process bills and summarize for payments.
• Oversee corporate credit card activity for receipts and location tagging.
• Support budgeting processes and ad hoc financial analysis.
