Overview

Full Spectrum Franchise Consulting is seeking a skilled Staff Accountant to oversee the daily accounting operations for our three franchise services companies: iFranchise Group, TopFire Media, and FranDevCo. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial records while supporting the financial and strategic growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

As the Staff Accountant, you will work closely with the CFO, Accounting Manager, and leadership teams to track financial performance and maintain accurate financial records.

Core Accounting Functions

• Manage payroll, billing, reporting, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records across all companies.

Budget Management

• Assist with the development and management of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Record journal entries and maintain general ledgers.
• Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Provide support during internal and external audits.
• Maintain the integrity and organization of financial records.

Financial Reporting & Presentations

• Prepare financial summaries, reports, and performance insights.
• Organize and present financial data for the CFO and Accounting Manager.

Qualifications

Experience

• Several years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
