Franchise Sidekick is seeking a Franchise Specialist to be the first touchpoint for individuals exploring franchise ownership. This full-time W2 role is remote or hybrid from Omaha, with base salary and commissions and a wide income range based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Sales Qualification & Client Connection: conduct discovery calls to uncover client goals, timelines, experience, and investment readiness.
• Call Volume Management & Outreach: make outbound calls, maintain high-quality consultative flow and strong booking performance.
• Pipeline Management & Handoff Support: document notes in HubSpot, track progress, and support Advisors with scheduling.
• Process Improvement & Team Collaboration: share insights, collaborate with Specialists and leadership for ongoing improvements.
