ZenaTech Inc. in Orlando is seeking a Franchise Development Manager to help build our power washing franchise business leveraging drone technology, from the ground up.
This developmental, hands-on role reports to the Corporate Development VP and aims to shape the franchise model and its operational infra. You will recruit, onboard, certify and support franchisees, work with Legal on FDDs, and partner with Operations, Finance, and Marketing to create scalable processes and a strong pipeline.

ZenaTech is seeking a Franchise Development Manager to help build our power washing franchise business from the ground up based out of our Orlando office. This is a developmental, hands-on role for someone eager to help shape a brand-new business line leveraging drone technology for speed, efficiency and safety.
Reporting to the Corporate Development VP, the role will focus on helping finalize ZenaTech's overall franchise business model, then help in standing up the operational infrastructure needed to recruit, onboard, and support franchisees. The role will work closely with our Operations teams to onboard and manage franchisees on an ongoing basis.
