Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Creative Director to own art direction for consumer products tied to Amazon MGM Studios IPs and to lead product development for licensees. You will set visual standards, guide licensees from concept through approval, and improve how creative work is produced using AI tooling.

Lead franchise art direction, manage cross-functional relationships, and mentor a team while driving scalable creative processes and stakeholder communications at a high level.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Franchise Creative Art Direction — Own and protect the creative bar for assigned IPs and develop style guides and asset systems for franchises.
• Licensee Product Development — Manage PD submissions, onboard partners, and lead presentations from concept to approval.
• Creative Operations & Process Improvement — Scale creative production and develop pathways to AI-assisted design.
• Stakeholder Communication — Present solutions to senior leadership and licensee partners, defend design decisions.
• Mentorship & Force Multiplying — Mentor team members and champion AI usage in creative contexts.
