Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a detail-oriented Franchise Agreement Administrator to manage the end-to-end process of store franchise documentation, openings, transfers, renewals, and related activities. You will work with master franchisees and field teams to ensure accurate paperwork and timely actions.

The role emphasizes analytics, organization, and strong communication, supporting corporate and sub-franchise operations across the Domino’s Connect ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of programs (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Administer the Store Franchise Agreement and related documentation throughout opening, transfer, relocation, renewal, and closure processes.
• Prepare and issue Store Franchise Agreements and related documents for openings and anniversaries.
• Maintain and renew Store Franchise Agreements; manage renewals and expirations.
• Interact with master franchisees on contracts, Domino’s Connect, and documentation requests.
• Analyze and generate reports on contractual information for markets.
• Advise franchisees on the development of franchise administrative systems for stores and sub-franchisees.
• Support field personnel with store openings, contracts, policies, and procedures.
• Assist Master Franchisees with sub-franchise agreements and documentation for openings/renewals.
