Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a Franchise Counsel to enforce franchise agreements, manage renewals, and support litigation matters. The role requires handling notices of non-compliance, reviewing leases, and ensuring compliance with disclosure laws across regions.

You will support in-house attorneys, maintain related databases, and lead special projects related to franchise agreements. A business degree and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• General experience with legal matters and documents is expected.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are important.
• Ability to work independently while balancing team and individual responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer the enforcement of the franchise agreements.
• Research, prepare and issue notices of non-compliance and default to franchisees.
• Ensure compliance with franchise relationship laws affecting default and termination.
• Work with regions to cure issued defaults in a timely manner per policy.
• Administer franchise agreement renewal process and related coordination.
• Review leases and service area maps; ensure renewal contracts are executed.
• Maintain Franchise Legal System database and update maps as required.
• Prepare amendments; support in-house and outside counsel as needed.
• Manage special projects related to franchise agreements.
