Job Description
Job Overview

Provide guidance and coaching to franchisees and the Operations team to achieve short and long-term company and operational goals. Use your knowledge of restaurant operations and staff resources to advise franchisees, positively impacting sales, profits, standards, and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with IDQ policies and standards. Gain support from franchise leadership and engage experts as needed. Support other functions when necessary.

Primary Accountabilities
Planning
  • Implement and execute the Worldwide Operations Business Plan for your district, including marketing, operations, training, and supply chain strategies.
  • Develop and support district-wide business plans with franchise owners, aligning with ADQ’s operational and marketing goals.
Consulting
  • Advise on marketing performance and partnerships with departments, vendors, and franchisees.
  • Position franchisees for success in shift management, food safety, quality, service, cleanliness, maintenance, and ambiance, aligned with business plans and standards.
  • Support franchisees in achieving financial health and strategic development, reinvestment, and renewal.
Other
  • Assist with other departments and new store openings as needed.
  • Complete ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, restaurant management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years in restaurant or franchise operations management, preferably in high-volume settings.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Knowledge of the restaurant industry, especially QSR, and operational expertise.
  • Skills in marketing, finance, training, HR, and development.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and creative with strong communication skills.
  • Customer service oriented with multitasking ability.
  • Relationship-building skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
Additional Requirements
  • Availability for occasional evenings and weekends.
  • ServSafe certification.
  • Frequent communication via phone and email.
  • Willingness to travel overnight approximately two weeks per month.
  • Ability to drive and be insured by company during travel.
  • Ability to fly as needed.
  • Stand for up to 8 hours in franchise locations.
  • No allergies that prevent tasting or working in a food environment.

The US salary range is $92,800 - $113,680, plus potential bonuses. Salary is based on skills, location, and experience.

Work Environment

Most roles at our Bloomington, MN headquarters follow a hybrid schedule, with 2 days in the office weekly. Remote options available for eligible candidates.
