Job Overview: As a Franchise Business Coach, you will partner with franchise owners across the US. Your position will play a critical role with franchise owners across different stages of business ownership. You will partner with each franchise owner to develop strategy, help drive accountability, Brand engagement, and motivate while tracking key performance metrics. As a Business Coach you will collaborate with an integrated internal team of Franchise Support, to include executive leadership, marketing, accounting and external vendors to ensure Franchisee success.

What You’ll Do:

1. Be an ambassador for your Brand / PSB, inspiring people with positivity and growth mindset.
2. Support owners monthly as they onboard and prepare to launch their new businesses.
3. Guide mature owners weekly as they manage operational issues, scale business, ensuring they have resources in place to effectively advance operations and prepare for growth.
4. Conduct business and financial reviews weekly/bi-weekly with owners to discuss business performance and new opportunities, as well as to provide benchmarking data and insights.
5. Partner with executive leadership to support revenue growth across the franchise brand(s).
6. Identify workflow inefficiencies within the franchise network and work to formulate and implement operational improvements in partnership with franchise owner.
7. Build and lead educational sessions (such as Peer Groups, Launch Bootcamps, Mastermind Groups) with owners around specific topics; areas of improvement and growth opportunities.
8. Be a Brand liaison with internal Operations and Departments, helping us advance ongoing training and development across the Franchise network.
9. Work closely with the Brand Leads to analyze system-wide sales trends, anticipating future challenges while developing ongoing growth strategies for long-term sustainable growth.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience in the franchise industry required.
2. Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work well in teams and independently.
3. Goal and action-oriented, with the ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proven track record of achieving results, KPIs, and exceeding goals in the painting industry.

Travel: Up to 25% to franchisee locations, the corporate office in Charlottesville, and to company events and conferences. We hire remote workers in CO, GA, IN, KS, MD, OH, PA, SC, VA, and WI.

This is a remote position.
