Job summary

Empower Brands, a leading multi-branded franchise company in residential and commercial services, seeks a Franchise Services Bookkeeper to support franchise clients with invoicing, AR/AP, and routine accounting duties. You will collaborate with the Bookkeeping Manager and team to ensure accurate records and timely financial reporting.

The role requires multi-client bookkeeping experience, strong QuickBooks skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years multi-client bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online is required.
• ProAdvisor certification is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic, positive attitude and multitasking capability.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Customer invoicing and accounts receivable activities and CRM-reconciled revenue.
• Reconcile CRM payments to bank deposits and assist with discrepancies.
• Accounts payable and vendor payments reconciliation.
• General ledger entries and monthly close tasks, including depreciation and COGS.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting package and supporting schedules.
