Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to provide high-quality bookkeeping, billing, and accounting support for our franchise network. You will manage consolidated billing, deliver full-charge bookkeeping for multiple locations, and serve as a trusted resource for franchise owners and their teams.

The ideal candidate has strong accounting fundamentals, high accuracy, and confidence in accounting software while balancing multiple priorities and delivering

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage consolidated billing accounts for franchise locations.
• Provide full-charge bookkeeping for multiple franchises, including income statements.
• Reconcile accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash and other records.
• Provide training and hotline support for accounting software to franchise owners.
• Build relationships with franchise owners and internal/external teams.
• Review policies and suggest process improvements.
• Prepare internal reports and assist with financial analysis.
• Support franchisee audit activities.
• Develop best practices for outsourced bookkeeping and software usage.
• Maintain organized, accurate documentation per procedures.
