Job summary

Dust is looking for a France-based Field Marketing Specialist to own the execution of France marketing activities, including events, webinars, social media, and content activations that support Sales and pipeline generation.

You will partner with the France Marketing Lead to deliver high-quality programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and leverage Dust's AI-native marketing approach to resonate with French enterprise audiences across Paris and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally SaaS or technology.
• End-to-end event ownership, from conferences to Dust-owned events.
• Strong content and social media skills for enterprise audiences.
• Excellent bilingual communication in French and English (written and spoken).
• Generalist, hands-on, able to coordinate across Marketing, Sales, BDRs, CS, Partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of the French event and webinar programme.
• Coordinate preparation, content, landing pages and logistics.
• Collaborate with Sales and BDRs on target accounts and follow-up plans.
• Turn events and customer conversations into reusable content (stories, blogs, videos).
• Support partner marketing and Growth programmes, ABM content, and paid campaigns.
