DataCore France is seeking a field marketing leader for the Americas to drive field and partner programs that generate measurable pipeline. You will own the Americas regional strategy, collaborate with demand gen and product marketing, and optimize events with AI to maximize impact on pipeline.

You will lead a lean regional team, manage MDF/CDF funding, and ensure activities tie directly to pipeline outcomes. Travel to engage partners and customers is expected.

Qualificações

• AI-first problem solving is essential for this role, use AI as a digital co-worker to drive outcomes.
• 6+ years in field or partner marketing in B2B.
• Proven channel or partner motion experience, not direct-only.
• Track record of field programs delivering measurable pipeline, not just activity.
• Experience managing MDF/CDF funds, budget ownership, and cross-functional alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Run field programs and partner co-marketing that create measurable pipeline.
• Own the Americas regional field marketing strategy and calendar with pipeline targets.
• Shift events toward executive dinners, roundtables, and other high-value formats.
• Coordinate digital tactics that extend reach before/after in-person events.
• Manage MDF/CDF program and weekly regional alignment calls.
