Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. store in Salem, NH is seeking a friendly retail associate to build customer relationships and help guests find framing solutions.

You will assist customers, maintain a well merchandised, in-stock store, and use our framing tools to complete orders with accuracy. Responsibilities include following SOPs, operating the cash register, supporting omni-channel processes, stocking and unloading trucks, and delivering safe, clean service.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Complete framing orders on time with high quality.
