Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Associate in Flint, MI to help customers find framing solutions and deliver excellent service. You will assist with framing orders, maintain shelves, and operate the register in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires basic computer and measuring skills, ability to handle framing equipment, and a friendly, team-oriented attitude. Flexible hours, nights and weekends may apply in a climate-controlled store setting.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance to laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions and deliver sales results.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas including SISO and replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and find products.
