Job summary

Michaels Exton, PA store is seeking a team member to build customer relationships while creating framing solutions and helping customers find what they’re looking for. You’ll maintain a well merchandised, in-stock store and provide friendly service.

This role follows SOPs, participates in truck loading and stocking, handles the cash register, and supports omni-channel processes. It requires basic computer and measuring skills and the ability to operate framing equipment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws.
• Assist customers by building relationships and providing custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and related areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find what they need.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Operate cash register and perform cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
