Job summary

Michaels Stores in Temple, PA is seeking aStore - Framing/Customer Service role. Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions and helping shoppers find what they need. You will complete framing orders on time, maintain the frame department, and support omni-channel processes.

The role requires basic computer and measuring skills and the ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter. Flexibility for nights, weekends and early mornings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Deliver customer service and help customers shop and find what they need.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Operate cash register and perform cash handling to standard.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
