Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Wichita, KS is hiring for a part-time framing associate at the WICHITA-GREENWICH store. You will help customers select framing solutions, complete orders with accuracy, and maintain a clean, well-stocked shop floor.

Responsibilities include operating framing equipment and glass cutter, processing cash transactions, and delivering friendly service while following SOPs. Previous retail experience is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Deliver framing solutions and build relationships with customers.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and keep store well merchandised and in-stock.
