Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. in Upland, CA is seeking a store associate to help customers find framing solutions and maintain a clean, organized store. You will assist customers, create custom framing options, and ensure a well merchandised, in-stock environment.

You will process framing orders, operate the cash register, and support stock and Omni channel processes while delivering friendly service and building customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock levels.
• Operate cash register and handle cash accurately.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
