Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Framing Associate in Burbank, CA to support customer service and in-store framing operations. You will handle framing orders, maintain the frame department, and assist customers with product selection and solutions in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role involves regular store duties, stocking, cash handling, and participating in Omni channel processes. Prior retail experience and basic computer and measuring skills are preferred, with opportunities for employee

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs; build relationships with customers while creating Custom Framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for; provide a well merchandised and in-stock store for the customer to shop.
• Acknowledge customers, help locate product and provide solutions.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
