Job summary

Michaels Fairfield is seeking a framing associate to help customers create custom framing solutions while delivering friendly, professional service. You will be involved in order processing, maintaining the frame department, and supporting omnichannel shopping experiences.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, operating the cash register, unloading stock, and ensuring accurate, on-time framing outputs. This role requires stamina for a busy retail store, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred and helpful for customer interactions.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and help customers shop for framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and ensure stock is in view and accessible.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist with Omni channel processes.
