Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate at the Pitt-Fraser/Pittsburgh Mills location in PA to assist customers with framing solutions and provide a safe, clean shopping environment.

You will help customers find products, complete framing orders with quality, and contribute to a well-merchandised, in-stock store experience. Ideal candidates bring basic computer and measuring skills, and experience in retail or customer service.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience and ability to sell products/services to customers are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance and standards.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find what they need.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the framing department and stock readiness.
• Support omni-channel processes and cash handling.
