Job summary

Michaels in Lincoln, NE is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented team member to help customers find framing solutions, process orders, and keep the store clean and well merchandised. You will assist customers with product selection and framing needs in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will operate the cash register, support omni-channel processes, stock duties, and contribute to a safe, welcoming shopping environment with nights, weekends and early shifts.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance with laws and standards.
• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions and delivering sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and find products.
