Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements; execute policies and standards.
• Provide friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for; maintain a well merchandised, in-stock store.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on-time delivery.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas including stock replenishment.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and operate cash register with proper cash handling.
