Job summary

Michaels Stores seeks a customer-focused team member to assist customers in framing and sales at our DES MOINES-ANKENY location. You will help customers, complete framing orders, operate POS, and keep the store well merchandised and stocked.

Responsibilities include cash handling, assisting Omni channel processes, truck unloading, and supporting safety programs. Prior retail/framing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required for POS and inventory tasks.
• Basic measuring skills for framing and product specs.
• Retail experience preferred; ability to sell products and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and build relationships while providing framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with accuracy and on time.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
