Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Camarillo, CA is seeking team members to build customer relationships and provide framing solutions.

You will help customers shop, locate products, and maintain a clean, well-merchandised store environment, while following SOPs and safety programs. Responsibilities include completing framing orders accurately, stocking, operating the cash register, and supporting omni-channel processes.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience is preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Build customer relationships by using framing solutions and helping customers shop our store.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find what they’re looking for.
