Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. - Store PHX-MESA/STAPLEY, AZ, is seeking a team member to build lasting customer relationships through framing solutions for art projects and to help customers shop efficiently.

You will assist with framing orders, maintain the frame department, ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock store, and participate in Omni-channel processes while upholding safety and courtesy in a climate-controlled retail environment. Shifts may include nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Deliver sales performance and complete framing orders on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and related areas.
• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
