Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance and standards.
• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions and meet sales/production targets.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas (SISO, replenishment).
• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and keep the store well merchandised and in stock.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Support omni-channel processes.
