Job summary

Michaels in Toms River, NJ is seeking a Store Associate to help customers with framing solutions and to maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment. You will build customer relationships, assist shoppers in finding products, and process framing orders with accuracy and care.

The role includes operating the cash register, supporting Omni-channel processes, and contributing to truck unloading and stocking while upholding SOPs and safety standards. Evening and weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and assist customers in selecting framing solutions.
• Help customers shop, find products, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas.
• Operate cash register and handle cash according to standards.
• Support Omni-channel processes and participate in truck unloading and stocking.
