Job summary

Michaels Stores in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Store Framing Associate to help customers create custom framing solutions and to build relationships by delivering friendly, knowledgeable service. You will assist shoppers, guide them to products, and ensure the framing area is well merchandised and in stock.

This role requires basic computer and measurement skills, the ability to operate framing equipment and a glass cutter, and a willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and help create custom framing solutions.
• Deliver sales and production results and assist training of team members.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash to standards.
• Maintain a well merchandised, in-stock framing area and support SOPs.
• Assist with Omni channel processes and support the framing manager.
