Job summary

Michaels Stores Roanoke, Tanglewood location, is hiring for a customer-oriented Retail Associate to help customers create framing solutions and shop the store. You will assist customers, process framing orders, operate the cash register, stock shelves, and participate in omni-channel processes while maintaining a clean, safe, and well merchandised store environment.

Some nights, weekends and early shifts required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Basic measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies to ensure compliance.
• Build customer relationships and create custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the framing department and stock area.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist shoppers.
