Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a friendly, customer-focused associate for the Roanoke store to help customers shop, locate products, and create custom framing solutions.

You will operate the cash register, assist with Omni channel processes, and maintain a clean, well-merchandised store environment. Responsibilities include completing framing orders on time, following SOPs, and contributing to safety and shrink programs while delivering excellent service in a climate-controlled public

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter is required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions and drive sales.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Deliver friendly customer service and assist customers in finding products.
