Responsibilities include managing installation of wood components, recruiting licensed subcontractors, budgeting labor, and maintaining production records. The position requires site inspections, daily reporting, and strong communication with customers and teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to read and comprehend documents and write routine reports.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the installation supervision of framing crews and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Develop labor cost budgeting and track production records.
• Plan framing installation work and allocate tasks to crews.
• Monitor safety, quality, and schedule on job sites.
• Prepare daily reports and documentation as required by projects.
