Qualifications

• Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets and email clients.
• Ability to read and comprehend documents, manuals and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise framing crews (wood components, doors/windows, siding, insulation, drywall, trim).
• Recruit independent subcontractors with needed licenses and insurance.
• Manage labor cost budgeting and oversee job scopes/schedules.
• Perform daily jobsite inspections for quality and adherence to blueprints.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and enforce contract compliance.
• Prepare daily reports, diaries and narrative documentation.
