The role requires cost budgeting, site inspections, adherence to blueprints, and safety compliance. You will recruit licensed subs, prepare reports, and ensure on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the installation of wood component systems, doors and windows, siding, shingles, insulation, drywall, and trim
• Recruit independent subcontractors with proper licenses and insurance

• Develop job-specific scopes of work including schedule
• Conduct daily job-site inspections for quality and schedule
• Perform daily safety inspections
• Ensure compliance with contract documents
• Prepare daily reports and project documentation
