Responsibilities

• Managing the installation of framing components and ensuring quality and schedule.
• Recruiting independent subcontractors with proper licenses and insurance.
• Labor cost budgeting and development of scopes of work.
• Daily jobsite inspections to ensure compliance with blueprints and specs.
• Conducting daily safety inspections and ensuring contract compliance.
• Preparing daily reports and project documentation.
