Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Bloomington, MN, is seeking a Lead Framer to guide a team of framers, cultivate customer relationships, and develop framing solutions. You will mentor staff and help deliver outstanding service in a busy retail framing shop.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll drive custom framing sales, coordinate with the Store Manager to plan workload, and ensure on-time, high-quality framing for customers while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a framing team to drive custom framing sales.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to ensure timely framing solutions.
• Monitor KPI targets and team performance.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members.
