ODC Construction, LLC - Optimal Framing Crews in SWFL is seeking a framing laborer to join our field team. You will read blueprints, measure and cut materials, and construct framing for walls, floors, and roofs, ensuring accuracy and safety on site.

The role emphasizes hands-on framing experience, strong workmanship, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced environment. You may lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors, and contribute to quality projects while maintaining company standards and safety
