Qualifications

• Ability to use word processing software to create reports and correspondence.
• Proficient with Excel for budgeting, scheduling, and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation of wood component systems, doors and windows, siding, shingles, insulation, drywall and trim.
• Recruit independent subcontractors with proper licenses and insurance.
• Conduct labor cost budgeting and develop job scopes with schedules.
• Perform daily jobsite inspections for quality and schedule adherence to blueprints and specs.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure contract compliance.
• Prepare daily reports, diaries, narratives and project documentation as required.
