Job summary

84 Lumber Company in Cambridge, MD is seeking an Organized Miscellaneous Installed Manager to oversee installed sales profitability, schedule and inspect jobs, and mentor crews.

You will recruit and train staff and insured subcontractors, lead weekly safety meetings, manage pricing of labor, and maintain accurate profit statements while coordinating with sales and customer representatives to ensure project success.

Overview

The Miscellaneous Installed Manager primarily is responsible for ensuring the overall profitability of miscellaneous installed sales, scheduling and inspecting jobs, recruiting, training, evaluating and mentoring qualified employees and insured crews, handling employee complaints and grievances, obtaining all insurance and proper paperwork, pricing of labor, planning specific scopes of work and apportioning the work among the employees, scheduling subcontractors, working in coordination with salesmen and customer representatives and is responsible for maintaining a successful "job file." The Miscellaneous Installed Manager also is responsible for performing weekly safety meetings and responsible for the maintenance of all miscellaneous equipment.

Pay Range: $60,000-$100,000+ (negotiable based on experience)
