Job summary

StrongTower Construction, LLC in The Villages, FL, is hiring a Framing Field Supervisor / Punch-Out Technician. This hands-on role oversees framing work, completes punch-out items, and coordinates with crews to keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates have framing experience, can read blueprints, and communicate in English and Spanish. You will travel between sites, inspect work, maintain safety, organize materials, and supervise dumpster coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of construction framing experience.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license and experience hauling trailers.
• Physically able to lift 70+ pounds and work outdoors in Florida heat.
• Willingness to travel between job sites and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Walk multiple job sites daily to identify and complete punch-out items.
• Inspect framing at various stages to ensure quality and compliance.
• Communicate with builders, inspectors, subcontractors, and crews.
• Coordinate dumpster placement and manage waste transport.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Drive between job sites to support field operations.
