Job summary

Strongtower Construction in The Villages, FL is seeking a Framing Field Supervisor / Punch-Out Technician. The role involves hands-on supervision at multiple sites, inspecting framing work, and completing punch-out items to keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years framing experience, can read blueprints, and communicate in English and Spanish. A valid driver’s license and experience with trucks/trailers are required. This is a full-time, on-site position in Florida.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years framing experience required.
• Able to read blueprints and framing plans.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; valid driver’s license; truck/trailer experience.

Responsibilities

• Walk multiple job sites daily to identify and complete punch-out items.
• Inspect homes during and after framing to ensure quality for project expectations.
• Communicate with builder supervisors, inspectors, subcontractors, and framing crews.
• Coordinate dumpster placement and manage waste transport to landfill.
