Job summary

Contract Lumber in Mason, Ohio, seeks a Field Supervisor to lead framing crews and manage projects while moving from the tool bag into a leadership role. You will coordinate subcontract framing labor and materials, ensure safety and quality, and communicate with contractors and framers to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong teamwork and a positive attitude.
• Able to read blueprints/house plans.
• Bilingual skills are a plus for communication.
• 4–5 years framing/construction experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontract framing labor and materials for clients.
• Act as Quality Control to ensure work meets codes.
• Ensure job site safety and quality of work.
• Manage material drops and fill in orders as needed.
• Oversee multiple framing projects.
