Job summary

The Michaels Albany-Latham, NY store is seeking a team member to help customers while delivering framing solutions and building relationships. You will assist shoppers, locate products, and keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

You will complete framing orders on time, operate the cash register, follow SOPs, support safety programs, and participate in truck unload and restocking. Some evenings, weekends and early mornings are required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter is required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and help them find framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas including replenishment.
