Job summary

Michaels Companies is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service in a dynamic retail environment. You will help customers locate products, participate in store promotions, and support omnichannel processes, including BOPIS and SFS, across an ALBANY-LATHAM, NY location.

The role is part of a larger retail team offering opportunities for growth, with emphasis on POS accuracy, merchandise upkeep, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store
• Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintain stock and planograms
• Assist customers with VOC, rewards program enrollments, and private label card information
• Support omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup In Store and Ship From Store
• Participate in store recovery, in-stock optimization, and FPS/AD set duties
